Atty. Ferdinand A. Nague
Atty. Randy Nague is a distinguished author, customs broker, and lawyer. Revered for his consultancy in customs and international trade, he played a pivotal role in shaping the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act of 2016.
His leadership has left an indelible mark, having chaired both the Professional Regulatory Board for Customs Brokers at the PRC and the Technical Committee for Customs Administration at the CHED.
A member of esteemed organizations like the Customs and International Trade Bar Association (CITBA), International Federation of Customs Brokers Association (IFCBA), and International Network of Customs Universities (INCU), Randy exemplifies excellence.
Recently, he added to his laurels by earning a master's degree in Customs Administration from Munster University, Germany, reaffirming his commitment to the highest standards in customs and international trade.
Ms. Teresita M. Malic
Ms. Tess Malic is a seasoned professional customs broker renowned for her unwavering commitment to operational excellence. Over her illustrious 30-year career, she has dedicated herself to the intricacies of customs brokerage operations and logistics management.
She currently oversees the comprehensive spectrum of service operations, including export, import, transit, and warehousing, ensuring the highest standards are upheld.
Her pursuit of knowledge is exemplified by the attainment of a Master of Business Administration Executive degree from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in 2016, further enhancing her expertise in steering the company towards success.
Mr. Ildefonso G. Magnawa
Mr. Magnawa, a veteran customs broker, brings a wealth of expertise in customs brokerage and transit operations within Free Zones, particularly for major corporations spanning aerospace, construction, entertainment, food, infrastructure, logistics, mining, manufacturing, and telecommunication sectors. Having held significant roles in these industries, his experience is unparalleled.
Since his retirement in 2015, Mr. Magnawa continues to contribute as a valuable consultant to the company, leveraging his extensive knowledge and insight to further enhance the organization's success.
